Designated Teacher for Looked After Children 17A) The Academy Trust will in respect of the Academy act in accordance with, and be bound by, all relevant statutory and regulatory provisions and have regard to any guidance and codes of practice issued pursuant to such provisions, as they apply at any time to a maintained school, relating to the designation of a person to manage the teaching and learning programme for children who are looked after by a LA and are registered pupils at the school. For the purpose of this clause, any reference to the governing body of a maintained school in such statutory and regulatory provisions, or in any guidance and code of practice issued pursuant to such provisions, shall be deemed to be references to the Governing Body of the Academy Trust. Compensation for Mandatory Assistance City will compensate Contractor for fees incurred for providing Mandatory Assistance. If, however, the fees incurred for the Mandatory Assistance are determined, through resolution of the third party dispute or litigation, or both, to be attributable in whole, or in part, to the acts or omissions of Contractor, its agents, officers, and employees, Contractor shall reimburse City for all fees paid to Contractor, its agents, officers, and employees for Mandatory Assistance.

Educational Benefits a. A full-time employee may enroll for credit at the University for a maximum of two courses, or six credit hours, whichever is greater, in any one academic term with exemption from the payment of tuition and fees.
Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.
Developer Compensation for Emergency Services If, during an Emergency State, the Developer provides services at the request or direction of the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer will be compensated for such services in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.
Membership Benefits The benefits of CamCare programs are available only while your membership is current and active. Benefits are term year specific so they can only be used during the current active plan agreement period. Members have the ability to change their plan from one plan to another but the plans cannot be unbundled. Each plan has been designed carefully to include those elements associated with the main intent of a particular plan.
Compensation for Loss of Employee Tools The Employer will replace all employee tools lost or stolen while stored in a room, building, premises, job, workshop, Employer vehicle or in a lock, up to a value as specified in Appendix A. Where evidence is produced by the employee that they have suffered a greater loss, the Employer shall pay the additional amount.
Optional Benefits Optional Group Life Insurance This plan is available on an optional, employee-pay-all basis and you may apply to purchase additional group life insurance coverage for you and/or your spouse. Coverage is available from a minimum of $10,000 to a maximum of $300,000 in increments of $10,000.
Agreement with Respect to Continuation of Group Health Plan Coverage for Former Employees of the Failed Bank (a) The Assuming Institution agrees to assist the Receiver, as provided in this Section 4.12, in offering individuals who were employees or former employees of the Failed Bank, or any of its Subsidiaries, and who, immediately prior to Bank Closing, were receiving, or were eligible to receive, health insurance coverage or health insurance continuation coverage from the Failed Bank ("Eligible Individuals"), the opportunity to obtain health insurance coverage in the Corporation's FIA Continuation Coverage Plan which provides for health insurance continuation coverage to such Eligible Individuals who are qualified beneficiaries of the Failed Bank as defined in Section 607 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended (respectively, "qualified beneficiaries" and "ERISA"). The Assuming Institution shall consult with the Receiver and not later than five (5) Business Days after Bank Closing shall provide written notice to the Receiver of the number (if available), identity (if available) and addresses (if available) of the Eligible Individuals who are qualified beneficiaries of the Failed Bank and for whom a "qualifying event" (as defined in Section 603 of ERISA) has occurred and with respect to whom the Failed Bank's obligations under Part 6 of Subtitle B of Title I of ERISA have not been satisfied in full, and such other information as the Receiver may reasonably require. The Receiver shall cooperate with the Assuming Institution in order to permit it to prepare such notice and shall provide to the Assuming Institution such data in its possession as may be reasonably required for purposes of preparing such notice.
