Designated Teacher for Looked After Children 17A) The Academy Trust will in respect of the Academy act in accordance with, and be bound by, all relevant statutory and regulatory provisions and have regard to any guidance and codes of practice issued pursuant to such provisions, as they apply at any time to a maintained school, relating to the designation of a person to manage the teaching and learning programme for children who are looked after by a LA and are registered pupils at the school. For the purpose of this clause, any reference to the governing body of a maintained school in such statutory and regulatory provisions, or in any guidance and code of practice issued pursuant to such provisions, shall be deemed to be references to the Governing Body of the Academy Trust. Educational Benefits a. A full-time employee may enroll for credit at the University for a maximum of two courses, or six credit hours, whichever is greater, in any one academic term with exemption from the payment of tuition and fees.
Developer Compensation for Emergency Services If, during an Emergency State, the Developer provides services at the request or direction of the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer will be compensated for such services in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.
Membership Benefits The Provider’s consultations are thirty (30) minutes in duration. This is a single consultation. As a member of this programme, you will receive either a functional medicine assessment or mandatory health appraisal, with the Provider. This is a double consultation and equates to two (2) single consultations in length, namely sixty (60) minutes. Further consultations will be either single or double, at the Provider’s discretion. Compensation for Loss of Employee Tools The Employer will replace all employee tools lost or stolen while stored in a room, building, premises, job, workshop, Employer vehicle or in a lock, up to a value as specified in Appendix A. Where evidence is produced by the employee that they have suffered a greater loss, the Employer shall pay the additional amount.
