Additional Broadcast and/or Productions Services. The City of Vallejo may request video broadcasts or production of additional meetings, events, or activities such as Special Council Meetings, Study Sessions, Press Conferences, Community Events and other ceremonial presentations or meetings hosted in the City of Vallejo. This Agreement also provides an option for remote broadcasts/production of events taking place outside Vallejo’s City Council Xxxxxxxx. This includes live recording of an event(s) by PCTV. Charges may apply for location scouting, planning, and unforeseen logistics. With a fully capable internet connection (bandwidth) provided by City of Vallejo it may be possible to broadcast a Live Stream copy of the event. The Cable Access Coordinator reserves the right to manage all broadcast scheduling and to determine the feasibility of each request. Every effort will be made by the City of Pinole to accommodate reasonable requests. However, in the event that the City of Vallejo requests an additional broadcast or production and a scheduling conflict arises between the City of Vallejo and the City of Pinole, the City of Pinole will take precedence.

  • Cloud Services You will not intentionally (a) interfere with other customers’ access to, or use of, the Cloud Service, or with its security; (b) facilitate the attack or disruption of the Cloud Service, including a denial of service attack, unauthorized access, penetration testing, crawling, or distribution of malware (including viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware, and cancelbots); (c) cause an unusual spike or increase in Your use of the Cloud Service that negatively impacts the Cloud Service’s operation; or (d) submit any information that is not contemplated in the applicable Documentation.

  • TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES PROVIDED FOR RESALE 38.1. At the request of CLEC, and pursuant to the requirements of the Act, and FCC and Commission Rules and Regulations, Embarq shall make available to CLEC for resale Telecommunications Services that Embarq currently provides or may provide hereafter at retail to subscribers who are not Telecommunications Carriers. Such resale may be as allowed by the FCC and Commission. The Telecommunications Services provided by Embarq to CLEC pursuant to this Part D are collectively referred to as "Local Resale." To the extent that this Part describes services which Embarq shall make available to CLEC for resale pursuant to this Agreement, this list of services is neither all inclusive nor exclusive.

  • Jointly Provided Switched Access Services 7.5.1 Jointly Provided Switched Access Service is described and governed by the FCC and state access Tariffs, Multiple Exchange Carrier Access Billing (MECAB) and Multiple Exchange Carrier Ordering and Design (MECOD) Guidelines and based on LERG routing, and is not modified by any provisions of this Agreement. Both Parties agree to comply with such guidelines. CenturyLink and CLEC agree that the originating, intermediate, and terminating LECs for switched access will cooperatively determine the Jointly Provided Switched Access arrangements in which all parties concur.

  • Mastectomy Services Inpatient This plan provides coverage for a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours in a hospital following a mastectomy and a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours in a hospital following an axillary node dissection. Any decision to shorten these minimum coverages shall be made by the attending physician in consultation with and upon agreement with you. If you participate in an early discharge, defined as inpatient care following a mastectomy that is less than forty-eight (48) hours and inpatient care following an axillary node dissection that is less than twenty-four (24) hours, coverage shall include a minimum of one (1) home visit conducted by a physician or registered nurse.

  • Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by Connectel under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by Connectel as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by Connectel for other purposes (including, but not limited to, Connectel’s own use) must be purchased by Connectel pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs.
