Additional Clause. This Agreement is in effect as of January 2, 2020. This Agreement is in effect as of January 27, 2021.
Additional Clause. Unless the arti- cles covered by the agreement are in fact intended to be distributed to pri- vate persons or entities (e.g., sporting firearms for commercial resale, cryp- tographic devices and software for fi- nancial and business applications), the following clause must be included in all warehousing and distribution agree- ments: ‘‘Sales or other transfers of the licensed article shall be limited to gov- ernments of the countries in the dis- tribution territory and to private enti- ties seeking to procure the licensed ar- ticle pursuant to a contract with a gov- ernment within the distribution xxxxx- xxxx, unless the prior written approval of the U.S. Department of State is ob- tained.’’
Additional Clause. Conflicts between agreement clause here-above and the additional clause, if any, it is subject to the additional clause.
Additional Clause. 1. For Residential properties, if the Client is unable to be present, proof of ownership of the property and a scan of the homeowner's identification such as driver's license will be required before the Contractor can begin the Services described above.
2. If the Client is unable to be present to sign this agreement, but has requested the services of the Contractor either through prior or remote contact, this Agreement will come into effect automatically, without need for signatures to be attached below.
Additional Clause. The Supplier will impose the provisions of this QAA with the same wording (content) on any sub-contractors involved in the Wagner Product concerned.
Additional Clause. (Sign on Bonus) A one payment of $AMOUNT will be made to the Employee upon signing of this contract. This payment is contingent on completion of one year of service as outlined in signed contract. If this contract is terminated before completion of 12 months of service, the employee will refund this money to NAME OF MEDICAL GROUP.
Additional Clause. (f) The Input Tax Credit (ITC) available, if any, under the GST scheme as per the relevant Government policies wherever applicable shall be taken into account by the Bidder while quoting bid price.

Additional Clause. 13.1. For the purposes of the stipulations set forth in Clause 3, section B of the General Terms and Conditions attached hereto, the parties hereby agree to leave paragraph (b) of Clause 3, section B of the General Terms and Conditions without effect, in so far as the Lessee was already in possession of the goods that are the purpose of this Agreement, albeit as their owner.
13.2. For the purposes of the stipulations set forth in Cxxxxx 0, xxxxxxx X, xxxxxxxxx (x) of the General Terms and Conditions attached hereto, the parties hereby agree to modify said paragraph’s wording, as described hereunder: “
Additional Clause. 7.1 The first variation relates to the addition of a standard clause to ensure future purchasers of residential property within the estate are not bound by the obligations set out in the Agreement which is solely the responsibility of the parties to the Agreement. This is a common clause in large developments because individual purchasers would not have the funds to carry out any of the Section 106 obligations. It was probably an oversight on the part of the developer not to request this clause when the Agreement was first drafted.
7.2 Recent sales within Clapham Park have resulted in concerns relating to obligation responsibility. On two occasions this year, the Planning Division has had to reassure prospective residential buyers that the Council does not intend to enforce the provisions of the S106 Agreement against owners or occupiers or mortgagees of individual dwellings. The addition of this clause will allow sales to proceed without this current stumbling block.
7.3 This variation will formally add a standard clause commonly found in S106 Agreements. The following new clause (No. 22) is proposed:
