Additional Departure Allowance. The Corporation may, in its discretion, offer an enhanced departure allowance to a surplus employee in exchange for the employee’s resignation or retirement. The Corporation shall not conclude an agreement with an employee until advising the representative of the bargaining agent of the terms of the tentative agreement.
