  • Additional Funding If the General Partner determines that it is in the best interests of the Partnership to provide for additional Partnership funds (“Additional Funds”) for any Partnership purpose, the General Partner may (i) cause the Partnership to obtain such funds from outside borrowings, or (ii) elect to have the General Partner or any of its Affiliates provide such Additional Funds to the Partnership through loans or otherwise.

  • Additional Funds In the event that any management investment company in addition to those listed on Appendix A hereto desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such management investment company shall become a Fund hereunder and be bound by all terms and conditions and provisions hereof including, without limitation, the representations and warranties set forth in Section 18.7 below.

  • Qualified HSA Funding Distribution If you are eligible to contribute to a health savings account (HSA), you may be eligible to take a one-time tax-free HSA funding distribution from your IRA and directly deposit it to your HSA. The amount of the qualified HSA funding distribution may not exceed the maximum HSA contribution limit in effect for the type of high deductible health plan coverage (i.e., single or family coverage) that you have at the time of the deposit, and counts toward your HSA contribution limit for that year.   • Supplemental Funding Unless otherwise defined by program rules, Supplemental Funding is the award of additional funds to provide for an increase in costs due to unforeseen circumstances. The State will comply with all Federal program agency policies and procedures for requesting supplemental grant funding. The State will comply with the following guidelines when requesting supplemental funding for the Medical Assistance Program and associated administrative payments (CFDA 93.778): The State must submit a revised Medicaid Program Budget Report (CMS-37) to request supplemental funding. The CMS guidelines and instructions for completing the CMS-37 are provided in Section 2600F of the State Medicaid Manual (SMM). The CMS/CO must receive the revised Form CMS-37 through the Medicaid Budget Expenditure System/Children's Budget Expenditure System (MBES/CBES) no later than 10 calendar days before the end of the quarter for which the supplemental grant award is being requested. Additional guidance on this policy is available from the respective CMS Regional Office, U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. The State will comply with the following guidelines when requesting supplemental funding for TANF (CFDA 93.558), CCDF (CFDA 93.575), CSE (93.563), and the FC/AA (CFDA 93.658 and CFDA 93.659) programs administered by the U.S. Department of Human Services, Administration for Children and Families (HHS/ACF):

  • Establishment of Qualified Settlement Fund 5.1 No later than five (5) business days after entry of the Preliminary Order, the Escrow Agent shall establish an escrow account. The Settling Parties agree that the escrow account is intended to be, and will be, an interest-bearing Qualified Settlement Fund within the meaning of Treas. Reg. § 1.468B-1. In addition, the Escrow Agent timely shall make such elections as necessary or advisable to carry out the provisions of this Paragraph 5.1, including the “relation-back election” (as defined in Treas. Reg. § 1.468B-1) back to the earliest permitted date. Such elections shall be made in compliance with the procedures and requirements contained in such regulations. It shall be the responsibility of the Escrow Agent to prepare and deliver, in a timely and proper manner, the necessary documentation for signature by all necessary parties, and thereafter to cause the appropriate filing to occur.

  • COSTS DISTRIBUTED THROUGH COUNTYWIDE COST ALLOCATIONS The indirect overhead and support service costs listed in the Summary Schedule (attached) are formally approved as actual costs for fiscal year 2020-21, and as estimated costs for fiscal year 2022-23 on a “fixed with carry-forward” basis. These costs may be included as part of the county departments’ costs indicated effective July 1, 2022, for further allocation to federal grants and contracts performed by the respective county departments.

  • Program Funding Upon entry into force of this Compact, MCC will grant to the Government, under the terms of this Compact, an amount not to exceed Four Hundred Eight Million Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand United States Dollars (US$408,850,000) to support the Program (“Program Funding”). The allocation of Program Funding is generally described in Annex II to this Compact.
