Additional Insured Policy or Policies. The Consultant will provide certificates of insurance evidencing the types and limits of insurance specified. The certificates of insurance will specifically address each of the requirements noted. All insurance noted is primary and in no event will be considered contributory to any insurance purchased by the Village. The same full insurance coverage provided to the named insured, whether it is the Consultant or a sub-contractor, shall be provided to the Village without any limitations or endorsements that might limit or exclude coverage. Any and all deductibles or other forms of retention are the responsibility of the Consultant. All deductibles or other forms of retention are subject to the approval of the Village. Consultant will disclose to the Village in writing the amounts of any deductible or self-insured retentions on the insurance required under this contract. Consultant waives any right of subrogation it may have or later acquire against the Village. The Consultant shall not allow any subcontractor to commence work on their subcontract until the same insurance has been obtained by the subcontractor. The Consultant and their subcontractor(s) shall maintain all insurance required for not less than one (1) year after completion of this contract except professional liability which shall be for 5 years.

  • Additional Insurance Contractor may obtain additional insurance not required by this Contract.

  • Optional Insurance Landlord may maintain such additional insurance with respect to the Building and the Property, including, without limitation, earthquake insurance, terrorism insurance, flood insurance, liability insurance and/or rent insurance, as Landlord may in its sole discretion elect. Landlord may also maintain such other insurance as may from time to time be required by the holder of any mortgage on the Building or Property. The cost of all such additional insurance shall also be part of the Landlord’s Operating Expenses.

  • Additional Insureds City, its officers, officials, employees, agents, and volunteers must be named as additional insureds with respect to any policy of general liability, automobile, or pollution insurance specified as required in Exhibit B or as may otherwise be specified by City’s Risk Manager.. The general liability additional insured coverage must be provided in the form of an endorsement to the Consultant’s insurance using ISO CG 2010 (11/85) or its equivalent; such endorsement must not exclude Products/Completed Operations coverage.

  • Additional Insured Commercial General Liability, Commercial Automobile Liability, and Pollution Liability Insurance shall include the State of Washington and all authorized Purchasers (and their agents, officers, and employees) as Additional Insureds evidenced by copy of the Additional Insured Endorsement attached to the Certificate of Insurance on such insurance policies.

  • Additional Insured Endorsements An original Additional Insured Endorsement, signed by an authorized insurance company representative, must be submitted to the City of Sparks, by attachment to the Certificate of Insurance, to evidence the endorsement of the City of Sparks as additional insured.

  • Additional Insured Endorsement An Additional Insured Endorsement (CG20 10 or C20 26), signed by an authorized insurance company representative, must be submitted to the City to evidence the endorsement of the City as an additional insured per General Requirements, Subsection 1) above.

  • Additional Insurance Provisions (A) The foregoing requirements as to the types and limits of insurance coverage to be maintained by Consultant, and any approval of said insurance by the City, is not intended to and shall not in any manner limit or qualify the liabilities and obligations otherwise assumed by the Consultant pursuant to this Agreement, including but not limited to, the provisions concerning indemnification.

  • ADDITIONAL INSURED ENDORSEMENT AND PRIMARY AND NON-CONTRIBUTORY INSURANCE CLAUSE Supplier agrees to list Sourcewell and its Participating Entities, including their officers, agents, and employees, as an additional insured under the Supplier’s commercial general liability insurance policy with respect to liability arising out of activities, “operations,” or “work” performed by or on behalf of Supplier, and products and completed operations of Supplier. The policy provision(s) or endorsement(s) must further provide that coverage is primary and not excess over or contributory with any other valid, applicable, and collectible insurance or self-insurance in force for the additional insureds.
