Additional Personnel Requirements. Vendor shall, at all times, make available appropriate and sufficient numbers and types of Vendor Personnel, in addition to Vendor’s Relationship Manager and the Key Personnel, to timely perform Vendor’s obligations hereunder, in accordance with this Agreement and all Schedules hereto.
