Additional Terms Related to Premium Services. In addition to the Services, we offer premium features and functionality (the “Premium Services”). Access to and use of the Premium Services may only be granted to you by an authorized Premium Services account holder (“Premium Services Company”) who has agreed to the terms of a relevant Premium Services agreement (a “Premium Services Agreement”) or Fluke. Any authorizations by a Premium Services Company to access and use Premium Services will only grant you rights to access and use the Premium Services in the work you do with that Premium Services Company. If you work with multiple Premium Services Companies and want to access the Premium Services in your work with each Premium Services Company, then each Premium Services Company must grant you rights to access and use the Premium Services. You agree not to use or access the Premium Services without the express written permission of a Premium Services Company or Fluke.
