Additional Work for Cyclic Positions. When additional work is required of a cyclic position during a period for which the position is scheduled for leave without pay, the work will be offered to the incumbent. If the incumbent declines the offer, the University will offer the work to other qualified employees who are in cyclic year leave without pay status who have expressed an interest according to seniority.
