Additions and Withdrawals. The Client may make additions to the Account at any time and may withdraw assets from the account upon written notice to the Adviser, subject to usual and customary securities settlement procedures. Any deposits or withdrawals will be included in the calculation of the account’s average daily account balance that is used to calculate the account’s fee.
Additions and Withdrawals. During the term of this Agreement, Client may add assets to or withdraw assets from any Custodial Account provided that for any withdrawal of Collateral, Client has delivered to MetWest Written Instructions of such withdrawal at least two Business Days prior thereto, and the withdrawal shall be subject to the provisions of Section 6.3 of this agreement.

Management Fees already paid in advance for a rolling month in which Client makes a mid-month withdrawal to the Account, will not be refunded to Client by the Investment Management Company. Client may withdraw Account assets upon notice to the Investment Management Company, subject to the usual and customary securities settlement procedures. The Investment Management Company itself shall impose no start-up, closing, or penalty fees in connection with the Account. However, Client understands certain investments may bear withdrawal or penalty fees as stated within a separate agreement with such entity, pool or fund. The Investment Management Company accepts no liability or responsibility for such fees and Client assumes full liability and responsibility for such fess should it decide to withdraw funds pursuant to the separate agreement with that entity, pool or fund.
Additions and Withdrawals. CSTC may accept additions of Property to the Custody Account upon receipt of and pursuant to written directions from the Trustee or its delegate, provided the property is of a type described in Article 4 of the Trust Agreement. CSTC shall make distributions or transfers from the Custody Account upon and pursuant to the written directions of the Plan Administrator, the Trustee, or the Recordkeeper.

Additional assets received into the Account after it is opened may be charged a pro rata fee based upon the number of days remaining in the month. Client may withdraw Account assets by written request, subject to the usual and customary securities settlement procedures. Adviser shall impose no start-up or closing fees in connection with the Account, although Client may incur brokerage and other fees as investments are bought, or sold.

Client may make additions or withdrawals to the Account at any time, subject to Cape's right to terminate the management of an Account that falls below a minimum Account size. Client may withdraw Account assets upon notice to Cape, subject to the usual and customary securities settlement procedures. No fee adjustments will be made for Account appreciation or depreciation within the billing period. Cape will not impose start-up, closing, or penalty fees in connection with the Account, unless one is charged by the platform provider, custodian and/or broker-dealer selected by Client and/or Advisor. Cape may participate in initial planning fees, if applicable, as well as other fees approved by the platform provider.
Additions and Withdrawals. You may add to or withdraw from the account at any time subject to the terms of the account registration. Additions or withdrawals may be in cash or shares, provided that ASP reserves the right to decline to process particular shares into or out of the account. FD will not act as custodian for the account and will not take possession of cash and/or securities for the account. You understand that if the account is designed as a long-term investment vehicle then asset withdrawals may impair the achievement of your investment objectives.
