The Additive Equipment Fee clause establishes an additional charge for the use or provision of specific equipment beyond what is included in the base agreement. This fee typically applies when a customer requests extra machinery, tools, or technology that is not part of the standard package, and the cost is either listed as a flat rate or calculated based on usage. Additive Equipment Fee. In the event Customer installs its own additive equipment at the Terminal, Customer shall pay Company an additive equipment fee based on Company’s cost to operate the additive equipment plus a reasonable return to Company for the operation of such equipment. Customer and Company shall agree on the additive equipment fee prior to the placement of any equipment at the Terminal.
