Additive Equipment Fee Clause Samples

The Additive Equipment Fee clause establishes an additional charge for the use or provision of specific equipment beyond what is included in the base agreement. This fee typically applies when a customer requests extra machinery, tools, or technology that is not part of the standard package, and the cost is either listed as a flat rate or calculated based on usage. By clearly outlining when and how these extra charges apply, the clause ensures transparency in billing and helps prevent disputes over unexpected costs related to supplemental equipment.
