All notices that need to be sent during the performance of this agreement, as well as the document exchanges between both parties, must be in written form, and can be delivered by letter, fax, face to face, etc. The address and contact information of notification and delivery shall be subject to the information in the signing column of this agreement. If one party changes its mailing address or contact information, it shall notify the other party in writing within ten days from the date of the change, otherwise, the non-notified party shall bear the corresponding responsibilities arising therefrom.

All notices that need to be sent during the performance of this agreement, as well as the document exchanges between both parties, must be in written form, and can be delivered by letter, fax, face to face, etc. The address and contact information of notification and delivery shall be subject to the information in the signing column of this agreement. Address of service. For the performance of this agreement and its successors, the parties elect address of service at the location of their respective registered offices.
Address of service. Client acknowledges that summons, notice and other juridical instruments arising out of any proceedings under this Agreement shall be deemed to have been served as long as such instruments have been delivered to the addresses set forth in this Agreement, and any change of address shall not be accepted by Creditor if such change was not notified to Creditor in advance.
Address of service. Creditor acknowledges that the address set out on the first page of this Agreement is its effective address for delivery. Notices sent by the Client directly or by post to Creditor under this Agreement shall be sent to the address set out on the first page of this Agreement until such address is changed by announcement as announced by Creditor to be the same. The Client agrees that all notices given by it to Creditor will be deemed to have been given on actual receipt by Creditor. Credit Line Agreement The Client acknowledges that the address, facsimile, email and other information set out on the first page of this Agreement is its effective mailing or electronic delivery address. All notices other than litigation under this Agreement and letters, subpoenas, notices and other legal paper given to it in any litigation arising out of this Agreement (including any litigation and enforcement procedures such as first instance, second instance, retrial) shall be deemed to have been given if they are mailed, sent by facsimile, email and other electronic delivery methods to the mailing or electronic delivery address listed on the first page hereof, and the specific date of service shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Procedure Law regarding the date of service. Any change in the above mailing or electronic delivery address shall have no legal effect unless prior notice Creditor is given and the addresses for delivery identified herein shall continue to be deemed effective delivery addresses.
Address of service. Creditor acknowledges that the address first written above shall be its valid address for service, and notices to be directly delivered or mailed to Creditor by Client hereunder shall be sent to the address first written above until Creditor announces change of its address. Client agrees that all notices given by it to Creditor shall be deemed served upon actual receipt by the Creditor.

28.2 Any notice or legal process to be served on either party may be served on it at the address specified above and each party hereby chooses that address as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement.
28.3 A notice which is sent by prepaid registered post in a correctly addressed envelope to the postal address specified above will be deemed to have been received (unless the contrary is proved by the addressee) within 10 (ten) days from the date it was posted. A notice which is delivered by hand to a responsible person during ordinary business hours at the above physical address, will be deemed to have been received (unless the contrary is proved by the addressee) on the day of delivery.
28.4 A Telefax sent to the telefax number specified above will be deemed, (unless the contrary is proved by the addressee), to have been received on the first business day after transmission.
28.5 A party shall be entitled to amend its addresses as aforesaid by giving 7 (seven) days written notice to that effect to the other party.

All communications that are required by the Lease shall be in writing, by hand, by registered letter with return receipt requested or by fax or e-mail (with a copy being sent at the latest on the following day by registered letter with return receipt requested), to the addresses mentioned below : - For Lessee, to its headquarters. - For Lessor, to its headquarters. Subject to contrary requirements expressly provided herein, all communications shall be deemed to be received (i) on the date appearing on the receipt delivered by the recipient in the event of delivery by hand, or (ii) on the date following the sending of the fax, or the registered letter with return receipt requested, the sending date being the date appearing on the receipt of transmission or on the proof of delivery of the registered letter.
