Addressing. 3.4.1 It is imperative that items are addressed correctly to avoid delays in the delivery of consignments and to avoid the risk of a consignment not being delivered at all. The Supplier shall provide the Contracting Authority with a guide which clearly articulates how items should be addressed in order to maximise the benefits of the Suppliers service and ensure the item is protected.
3.4.2 Suppliers should immediately address badly or incorrectly addressed consignments with the Contracting Authority to improve addressing standards and ensure delivery of the consignment within the required delivery timescales.
3.4.3 Suppliers shall work with the Contracting Authorities to offer alternative addressing formats to ensure the location/street address of the Contracting Authority is not identified and remains confidential. This may include, but is not limited to:
i. One line addresses;
ii. Disguised addresses – where the actual street location of premises remains anonymous.
Addressing issues in a suspension notice
(a) Subject to any other right of Ours under the Agreement, We will pay any Funds withheld as a result of any suspension under clauses 12.1(a) or (b) once You have addressed the reasons contained in a notice under those clauses to Our reasonable satisfaction.
(b) If You have failed to address the reasons contained in a notice under clauses 12.1(a) or (b) to Our reasonable satisfaction within 20 Business Days of receipt of the notice, We may exercise Our rights under clause 13.

14.4 The IP addresses that are allocated to you are for use in connection only with the service and you do not gain any ownership rights in those IP addresses. You must not sell them or agree to transfer them to anyone else or try to do so. If the contract is terminated for any reason the IP addresses will revert to us.

Are there any IP address blocks used by the provider that may conflict with our addressing, which is a combination of VITA’s public registered IP addresses 000.00.0.0/00 & 000.000.0.0/00 and all private RFC 1918 addresses, that we should be aware of (for management purposes for instance)?
Addressing. Each programmable load control thermostat shall have at least one fixed address assigned at the factory - fixed address(s) to be specified once the contract is awarded. NAVITAIRE requires that all hosted Customers use Internet Registered IP addresses on all client workstations or devices that require connectivity to the Hosted Revenue Accounting Services. Alternatively, NAVITAIRE requires a NAT (Network Address Translation) router to be installed behind the NAVITAIRE gateway router. The NAT must then have the Internet Registered IP address.
Addressing. Owner acknowledges that as part of the annexation process, the address of each property within an annexed area will be required to change from a County address to a City address. The address change will be pursuant to City policy. Changing to a City address will allow Clovis Police and Fire to correctly dispatch calls for service to these areas without delay.
