Street Names. In regards to proposed street names COUNTY agrees to:
1.1 Review to identify duplicated and sound-alike names;
2.1 Provide written determination to PUBLIC AGENCY of its findings within 20 business days following receipt of proposed names; and
3.1 Place in reserved status for a period of 2 years proposed names approved by PUBLIC AGENCY and determined by COUNTY to be unique, including phonetically.
Street Names. Street names and numbers shall be approved by the County Property Address Coordinator.
Street Names. IVH shall name each of the streets on the site. Signs identifying the streets shall be erected and maintained by IVH. A map showing the identification of each street shall be provided to the Marshalltown Police Chief.
Street Names. Except for extensions of existing streets, no street name shall be used which will duplicate or be confused with the name of an existing street in a nearby city or in the County. Street names and numbers shall conform to the established pattern in the County and shall require approval from the County Property Address Coordinator.

Street Names. The Developer shall name all streets within the Lands forming part of the Plan with names approved by the Municipality.
Street Names. SRL will create new street names for all streets to be located on the Property, and such streets shall not be the same names as streets located west of General XxXxxxxx Boulevard. Streets shall be renamed when SRL submits a site plan for approval pursuant to the requirements of the PUD – Savannah River Landing.

Streets on the Plan of Subdivision shall bear names as approved by the Township in accordance with the Township’s Street Naming Policy and the inventory of reserved street names for use in the Township. Any request for a change to a street name or for a new street name not previously considered at the time of Final Approval must be formally made to the Clerk’s Department, for consideration by Council in accordance with the Street Naming Policy.
