ADEQUATE MANPOWER Clause Samples
The "Adequate Manpower" clause requires a party, typically a contractor or service provider, to supply a sufficient number of qualified personnel to perform the agreed-upon work or services. In practice, this means the responsible party must ensure that staffing levels are appropriate to meet deadlines, maintain quality standards, and fulfill all contractual obligations. This clause helps prevent project delays or substandard performance by holding the party accountable for providing enough skilled workers to complete the job efficiently.
