STRIKE/LOCKOUT. 9-1.01 During the term of this Agreement, the Parties agree to comply fully with the procedures set out in this Agreement and the Canada Labour Code with respect to the peaceful settlement of disputes. Except as otherwise permitted by law, the Union, including its officers and representatives, will not engage in, promote, or cause any strike, or work stoppage at the Company in accordance with the Canada Labour Code.
9-1.02 Except as otherwise permitted by law, the Company agrees not to engage in any lockout of its Cabin Personnel.
STRIKE/LOCKOUT. The Association agrees that during the term of this Agreement, its membership will not participate in a strike, work stoppage, or slowdown. The District agrees not to lock out members during the term of this Agreement.
STRIKE/LOCKOUT. During the terms of this Agreement there shall be no strike by the Union and there shall be no lockout by the Contractor.
STRIKE/LOCKOUT. (a) There shall be no lockout on the part of the Company and likewise there shall be no sympathetic strikes by the Union while this Agreement is in force and in effect, provided the Company does not require its employees to handle, process, or deliver goods coming from, belonging to, or for delivery to any establishment at which a strike or lockout is in progress, and it shall not be a violation of this Agreement for employees to refuse to handle, process or deliver such goods or cross an established bona fide picket line.
(b) The Company shall be entitled to the use of the Union Label during the term of this Agreement provided the Company strictly lives up to the terms of this Agreement.
STRIKE/LOCKOUT. During the term of this Agreement, the Employer agrees not to lockout its employees covered by this Agreement, and the Union and its members agree not to tacitly or actively engage in any strike (including sympathy strike), slow down, picketing, boycotting, or hand billing that is derogatory toward the Employer, or observance of the same or in any refusal to work or to interfere in any manner with the Employer’s business or operations or sanction any such actions. The scope of this provision shall be deemed to apply to any facility operated by the Employer, its parents, subsidiaries or affiliates, or managed by any of those entities pursuant to a management contract, including but not limited to ResCare, Inc.’s Resource Center or other facilities in Louisville, Kentucky. It is expressly understood that this Article prohibits SEIU 775, its members, or persons acting on its behalf, from engaging in any form of anti-ResCare, Inc. campaign or from distributing anti-ResCare, Inc. literature in any manner, by any means, during the life of this Agreement.
STRIKE/LOCKOUT. There shall be no strike or lockout during the life of this agreement.

It is agreed by the Union that neither it nor its representatives or members, will, during the terms of this Agreement, or while negotiations for renewal of this Agreement are in progress, authorize, call, cause, condone or take part in any strike, sit down, slow down, stoppage, cessation, curtailment or restriction or interference with work or production. The Union further agrees that any employee(s) participating in, taking part in, instigating, or assisting curtailment or restriction or interference with work or production for the duration of the Agreement, or while negotiations for renewal of this Agreement are in progress, shall be subject to disciplinary action.
