Adherence to Time Limits. (a) In accepting appointment, the arbitrator(s) shall commit that their schedules permit them to devote the reasonably necessary time and attention to the arbitration proceedings and to resolving the Dispute within the time periods set by this Agreement and by the AAA Rules.
