The Purchaser undertakes. 19.1 not to give any instructions to the Contractor's workmen or sub-contractors or in any other way interfere with the building/construction process;

The Purchaser undertakes. (a) to use all reasonable commercial endeavours to submit the stock transfer forms relating to the Sale Shares for adjudication for stamp duty purposes (together with all information required by the Inland Revenue to effect such adjudication) as soon as reasonably practicable after Completion and to pay the adjudicated stamp duty and procure the registration of the Sale Shares in the name of the Purchaser or its nominee as soon as reasonably practicably after such adjudication; and
