Adjustment of Salary Rates. The salary rates effective July 1, 1986 have been adjusted downward to reflect the agreement between the Board and the Union to permit the application of a part of the salary increase provided for in the 1984-87 Municipal Coalition Economic Agreement to fund the payment of ten Annual Leave days to be used during the Christmas and Spring recesses for all of the above titles in Section A with the exception of the title School Lunch Loader and Handler and employees in other titles in Section A who are employed in headquarters facilities at the Office of School Food and Nutrition Services. Additionally, Section A above lists the salaries of employees who did and did not purchase Annual Leave days.
