Administration of Student Evaluations. The process for administering Student Evaluations is the responsibility of the appropriate Vice President -- for instructional faculty and librarians it shall be the VPAA, while for counselors it shall be the VPSS. The faculty member being evaluated will receive copies of the Student Evaluations once grades are submitted. A copy of student evaluations will be placed in the faculty member’s personnel file. Student evaluations over four (4) years old will be digitized and shall be shared through secure digital storage with the faculty at their request. The originals shall be offered to the faculty member and if not wanted shall be destroyed.
