Administration Penalty. A Flight Attendant awarded, assigned or drafted to any duty wherein the Employer has failed to administer the procedures of this Agreement in that respect will be paid two times the pay entitlement. If the Employer corrects the error in the first available pay period no penalty shall apply. If the payment is under investigation, the investigation shall take no more than fourteen days (14) from the date of the claim of the underpayment. If the investigation takes more than fourteen days (14) the administration penalty shall apply, unless otherwise agreed by both parties. Notwithstanding the above, should there be insufficient detail in terms of the Flight Attendant claim, the fourteen (14) days will commence once the amended claim has been received by the Company.
