ADMINISTRATION, TRAINING AND FRINGE BENEFIT PAYMENTS. Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in the Agreement, all contributions to the separate trust funds as set forth in this Agreement shall be payable by the Employer on the Employee's total actual hours earned including overtime.
