Administrative Clerical. Any administrative clerical position, which includes but is not limited to, year round Secretary I, Secretary II, Student Data Assistant and Enrollment Specialist, exclusive of one (1) secretary to each director or staff position above the level of director, and exclusive of any secretary to the six administrators responsible for negotiations and contract relations, to a maximum of six (6) secretaries as designated as confidential as defined in O.R.C. Section 4117.01(C)(6) shall be handled as follows:
