ADMINISTRATIVE LEAVE TIME. a. Effective the first pay period after approval of this MOU by the Board of Supervisors, but not sooner than the first pay period of July 2014, each employee shall, one time only, be granted a 40 hour bank of Administrative Leave Time (ALT).
