Voluntary Options. The County shall provide additional options to permit employees to elect up to three (3) times their annual salary to a maximum of $500,000 of provided and purchased life insurance. Premium rates for these supplemental options shall be determined by the County based on the quotation from the insurance carrier selected by the County to provide the life insurance.
Voluntary Options. 9.1 Following the announcement of the final staffing structure, the employer shall seek written expressions of interest in the following voluntary options. For the purpose of this clause “employer” shall mean the continuing Board.
Voluntary Options. 4.4.1 Following the publication of the staffing schedules, the employer boards shall seek written expressions of interest in the following voluntary options, as detailed in clause 2.13.4 of this agreement:
Voluntary Options. Any employee (including an employee holding a job sharing position) whose position as a permanently appointed area school teacher is disestablished in accordance with Appendix 4 or Appendix 5 as a result of voluntary election or otherwise, has the following options available where applicable as provided for in Appendix 4 and Appendix 5 and clause 2.13.4 of this part. The options will become available at the date of disestablishment. The employee must advise the employer before the date of disestablishment which option s/he has selected. If no selection is made by this date the employee will be deemed to have supernumerary status. The options are:
Voluntary Options. The County shall provide additional options to permit employees to elect increased voluntary employee life coverage up to the underwriting maximums and at the premium rates of the life insurance company selected by the County to provide life insurance. An accelerated benefit option may also be provided if allowed under the terms and options of the life insurance company selected by the County to provide life insurance. The County shall select an insurance carrier that at a minimum will agree to provide additional options to employees such as a living benefit and/or conversion of coverage from group to private coverage upon termination of employment.

Voluntary Options. 4.1 Following written confirmation by the Secretary to the employing boards and the union that existing SLS positions are to be disestablished and of the appointment process for filling new RTLB positions in the course of the amalgamation the employing board shall seek written expressions of interest in the following voluntary options:
Voluntary Options. The options set out in clause 3.9.1(e) shall have the meaning set out in this clause and apply in the following manner.
Voluntary Options. (i) Any teacher (including a teacher holding a job sharing position) whose position as a permanently appointed secondary teacher or specialist secondary teacher of technology who comes within the coverage in clauses 1.4(a) or (c) is disestablished in accordance with clause 3.9 as a result of voluntary election or otherwise, has the options available, where applicable, as provided for in clause 3.9.
Voluntary Options. 4.1 Following written confirmation by the Secretary to the employing boards and the union that existing SLS positions are to be disestablished and of the appointment process for filling new RTLB positions in the course of the amalgamation the employing board shall seek written expressions of interest in the following voluntary options: Redeployment/supernumerary employment of 40 (forty) school weeks with the employing board where this assists in the transition of students in the amalgamation; Redeployment/supernumerary employment of 30 (thirty) school weeks in another school (clauses 8.2-8.9) where this assists in the transition of students in the amalgamation); Retraining (clause 8.10); Long-service payment; (clause 8.11); Severance (clause 8.12). The employing board shall acknowledge in writing any expression of interest arising under this clause.
