Common use of Administrative Oversight Clause in Contracts

Administrative Oversight. Grantee will obtain written approval from System Agency prior to entering into a subcontract relationship for the HPP administrative/program implementation duties/functions of this Contract. Grantee is required to justify that a fair and competitive process was used in selecting subcontractors.
