Common use of ADMINISTRATOR'S Personnel File Clause in Contracts

ADMINISTRATOR'S Personnel File. Each ADMINISTRATOR shall have the right, upon written request, to review the contents of his own personnel file in the presence of a witness, except that all confidential material supplied by outside agencies concerning an original employment may be removed from the file and shall not be subject to review by the ADMINISTRATOR. A representative of the UNION may be requested by the ADMINISTRATOR to accompany the ADMINISTRATOR in such review. The ADMINISTRATOR has the right to add a letter of contestment to any information in the file within ten (10) days of receipt of the letter.
