ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS. A. Each administrator shall have the right to review the contents of his/her personnel file. The administrator shall have the right to choose an individual to accompany him/her for such review. No more than one (1) official file (personnel record) be kept for each administrator, and the contents herein shall remain in the building housing the Human Resources Department and Superintendent.
B. Administrators have the right to due process under the law.
C. Administrators shall be entitled to Association representation upon request.
D. Bargaining unit members will be provided with a seniority list annually.

ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS. A. Whenever any administrator is required to appear for a formal hearing before the Board concerning any matter which could adversely affect the continuation of that administrator in his office, position or employment or the salary or any increments pertaining thereto, he shall be given prior written notice through the Superintendent of the reasons for such meeting or interview and shall be entitled to have a representative of the Association present to advise him and represent him during such meeting or interview. Any suspension of an administrator, pending charges, shall be with pay.
B. Any criticism by a superior or Board Member of an administrator shall be made in confidence and not in the presence of teachers, parents, students, or public gatherings.
ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS. A. All administrators shall be accorded, in regard to their personnel file, those rights to examine, copying and comment provided by law. Upon written notification and without interruption of their work schedule, the administrator may exercise these rights, with an Association representative present, if so requested. A representative of the Superintendent's office shall be present.
B. Each building principal shall control student discipline within his/her building consistent with the law unless otherwise limited by Board's policies and procedures concerning the discipline of students.
C. Administrators shall be entitled to Association representation upon request, at all interviews or conferences where the possibility of disciplinary action will be discussed or where discipline will be imposed.
D. The Board agrees that each principal shall have the opportunity to interview and make recommendations concerning all personnel being considered for assignment to his/her building or department. Prior written notice of this opportunity shall be provided by sending that notice to either the administrator's office or his/her home. The above may be waived because of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, provided an attempt has been made to reach the administrator.
E. The Board agrees that the private life of any administrator is not an appropriate matter for the concern or attention of the Board unless it adversely affects the administrator's ability to carry out his/her professional functions or responsibilities to the School District or to act as a representative of the District.
F. The Board and Superintendent will support the actions of administrators when said actions are within the scope of the administrator's authority and are consistent with Board policy.
ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS. A. Each building principal shall have the responsibility to make the determination regarding each staff member’s assignment within his/her building. Such assignment shall be made in accordance with Board policies and any applicable collective bargaining agreement covering said staff member.
B. The Board agrees that each Administrator shall have the opportunity to interview and make recommendations concerning personnel being considered for assignment to his/her building or department.
C. The Board agrees that the private life of any Administrator is not an appropriate matter for the concern or attention of the Board unless it adversely affects the administrator’s ability to carry out professional functions or responsibilities to the District or to act as a representative of the District.

E. No materials concerning a complaint about an Administrator may be placed in the personnel file by anyone other than the superintendent. The Administrator shall be notified of his/her opportunity to file a response to the complaint and when filed not later than ten (10) working days after notification, the response shall become part of the file. In the event that a proper request for a copy of information contained in the file is made under the Freedom of Information Act or by subpoena, the Administrator shall be notified before copies are released.
F. Each building principal shall have the responsibility to make the determination regarding each pupil’s assignment within his/her building as long as this determination is made in accordance with the Board’s policies concerning the classification and promotion of pupils.
G. Each building principal shall have the responsibility to control student discipline within his/her building consistent with the law unless otherwise limited by Board policies and procedures concerning the discipline of students.
H. All Administrators shall be notified by March 31 of any change in their administrative assignments for the upcoming school year, absent extenuating circumstances.
I. All Administrators shall be entitled to all due process, rights and procedures as available under Michigan state law.
ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS. 1. The BOARD agrees that the private life of any administrator is not an appropriate matter for concern or attention to the BOARD, unless it adversely affects the administrator’s ability to carry out professional functions or responsibilities to the school district or to act as a representative of the district. If the private life of an administrator has become a matter for the concern or attention of the Board, the Superintendent may address this through the evaluation procedure set forth in Article V of this Agreement.
2. All administrators shall be accorded, in regard to their personnel file, those rights to examination, copying and comment provided under the Xxxxxxx-Plaweck Employee Right to Know Act. In addition, the administrator may exercise these rights at all reasonable times, and with an ASSOCIATION representative present, if so requested. The Superintendent may require twenty-four (24) hours notification for an administrator to review the file.
3. Each building principal shall have the right to control student discipline within his/her building consistent with the law unless otherwise limited by BOARD policies and procedures concerning the discipline of students. The Superintendent shall evaluate the above under Article V of this agreement.
4. Administrators shall be entitled to ASSOCIATION representation by the ASSOCIATION President or his/her designee, upon request, at all interviews or conferences where the possibility of disciplinary action will be discussed or where discipline will be imposed.
5. An administrator’s assignment for the ensuing school year shall be the same unless the Board and Administrator otherwise agree or the administrator is notified prior to April 1.
ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS. Each Customer shall designate one or more administrators who will act as the Customer organization’s primary contact persons towards Trimble and/or the Reseller, and administer grants of access to the Service for Licensed Users (“Administrator”). An Administrator may designate Licensed Users to access the Service on a subscription basis either (i) during the Trial Period (defined below) or (ii) for a set term designated on the Order Form (a “Subscription Term”). Upon the expiration of the Trial Period or a Subscription Term, as applicable, the rights of an Administrator and a Licensed User set forth herein shall terminate. Administrator may manage the status of any Licensed User at any time through the Service settings and, shall remain solely responsible for changing such status.
ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS. A. No Administrator shall be disciplined in any manner or form without just cause.
B. Whenever any Administrator is required to appear before the Board or any committee or member thereof concerning any charge or inquiry into a matter which would adversely affect the continuation of that Administrator in office, position or employment or the salary or any increments pertaining thereto, then the Administrator shall be given prior written notice of the reasons for such meeting or interview and shall be entitled to have a designated representative of the Association, or the person’s own choice, present to advise and represent the Administrator during such meeting or interview.

ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS. 8.1 If an Administrator is called to a meeting with a superior or with the Board without prior reasons being furnished, and he/she learns that this directly affects his/her status as an employee, then he/she may request adjournment for one (1) school day. The Administrator shall have the right to have an Association representative at such meeting.
8.2 A mandatory conference between the appropriate administrator and all non-tenured Directors/Supervisors who have started work prior to September 30th will be held prior to the succeeding March 1st. If, during this first conference, the supervisor indicated that there may be some uncertainty regarding the Directors’/Supervisors’ retention for the succeeding academic year, the Director/Supervisor may request, in writing, a second conference with all of the following: Chief School Administrator, Principals or Assistant Principals, and any other Administrator involved in the Director's/Supervisor’s evaluation, together with one Association representative, in order to review the surrounding facts and circumstances prior to the finalization of the Principal's recommendation and forward it to the Board through appropriate administrative channels. No later than five school days following the second conference, the non-tenured Director/Supervisor may place in his/her file a letter setting forth factors he/she believes should be considered. Following the filing of this letter, if he/she requests in writing to the Chief School Administrator, he/she may present any facts he/she deems pertinent in person to the Board. Two Association representatives may accompany him/her.
8.3 Each Director/Supervisor shall maintain the exclusive right and responsibility to determine grades in the classes he/she teaches, within the grading policy of the teachers' manual. In the event of an error or dispute in an assigned grade, a change in grade will only be made in consultation with the Director/Supervisor with the agreement of the Principal and the Chief School Administrator.
8.4 Both parties to this agreement will comply fully with all provisions of Chapter twelve (12)3, NJ public Laws of 1973, including any and all amendments.
8.5 Any communication, favorable or unfavorable, regarding a Director/Supervisor or group of Directors/Supervisors made to any member of the administration by a parent, student or other person will be called to the attention of said Director/Supervisor or group of Directors/Supervisors within 10 days.
