Common use of Admission Policy Clause in Contracts

Admission Policy. Admission policies for the Services shall be in writing and available to the public. Except to the extent that the Services are to be rendered to a specific population as described in the programs listed in Section 2 of Appendix A, such policies must include a provision that clients are accepted for care without discrimination on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, gender identification, disability, or AIDS/HIV status.
