Common use of Admission Policy Clause in Contracts

Admission Policy. The Academy shall comply with all application, enrollment, and admissions policies and criteria required by Applicable Law. A copy of the Academy’s admission policies and criteria are set forth in the Schedules. With respect to the Academy’s pupil admissions process, the Academy shall provide any documentation or information requested by the University Charter Schools Office that demonstrates the following: a) the Academy has made a reasonable effort to advertise its enrollment efforts to all pupils; and b) the Academy’s open enrollment period was for a duration of at least 2 weeks and permitted the enrollment of pupils by parents at times in the evening and on weekends.
