ADOPTION PLACEMENT. PRIORITIES In any voluntary or involuntary adoption placement of an Indian child pursuant to tribal court or superior court order or certification (25 U.S.C. Section 1913(a)), DSHS will place the child in accordance with an order of preference established by the Tribe. Whenever possible and practicable, the child will be placed in the Tribe’s community and, in any event, will be placed in a manner that assures maximum opportunity for the child to maintain and nourish its relationship to the Tribe. Whenever more that one sibling is the subject of an adoptive placement, the siblings will be placed together whenever possible, or in close proximity unless such placement is likely to cause serious emotional or physical harm to one or more of the children. In circumstances where a child is placed for adoption has a sibling(s), the child will be placed, whenever possible and practicable, in a manner that will assure maximum opportunity for maintenance of the sibling relationship. If the tribe has not established an order of preference, DSHS will place the child in the following order of preference:

  • Step Placement A. Employees will be compensated on a salary range consisting of seven (7) steps. The salary percentage differential for the seven (7) steps is as follows:

  • Salary Placement Entry-level placement on the salary schedule shall be at the lowest step of the schedule for the classification or at the hourly rate established for the classification, unless the District authorizes hiring at a higher rate.

  • PRACTICAL PLACEMENTS 8.1 If a Skills First Student is to undertake a Practical Placement, the Training Provider must enter into a written Practical Placement agreement.

  • Initial Salary Placement Step Upon initial employment by the District, child Development Teachers and Family Services Leads shall be given up to 7 years of credit for prior experience in a full-time teaching position with a State or Federally funded program, where the number of days worked in any given school year were in excess of 135. Step 8 is the maximum entry level placement.

  • Salary Schedule Placement 1. Credit hours for the purpose of placement on the salary schedule shall be defined as those semester hour credits earned for graduate courses that are within the teacher’s present certification or a planned program leading to additional areas of teacher certification, guidance or administration. Upon approval of the Superintendent, any other courses, graduate or undergraduate may be certified for proper placement on the salary schedule.

  • WITHDRAWAL OF SALE AND RESALE 7.1 The Bank at its absolute discretion through the Auctioneer reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, postpone and/or call off the Auction Sale of the Property for any reason whatsoever at any time before the fall of the hammer.

  • Private Placement Assuming the accuracy of the Purchasers’ representations and warranties set forth in Section 3.2, no registration under the Securities Act is required for the offer and sale of the Securities by the Company to the Purchasers as contemplated hereby.
