Adoptive Parent Leave. 35:01 An employee shall be granted one (1) day's leave with pay to attend to needs directly related to the adoption of the child. At the employee's option such leave shall be granted on the day of or the day following the adoption or such other day as may be mutually agreed.

Adoptive Parent Leave. 11.5.1 Adoptive parent leave, not to exceed five (5) days of paid leave (to be deducted from accumulated sick leave), shall be granted to any unit member upon his/her adoption of a child. Adoptive Parent Leave. 01 An Engineer shall be granted one (1) day's leave with pay to attend to needs directly related to the adoption of the child. At the Engineer's option, such leave shall be granted on the day of, or the day following the adoption, or at such times as mutually agreed.
