Common use of Adoptive Parent Leave Clause in Contracts

Adoptive Parent Leave. Adoptive Parent Leave will be allowed as per the Employment Standards Code. An employee shall be granted two (2) days leave with pay to attend to needs directly related to the adoption of the child.
