Advances to the District for Agreement Expenses. Participant shall, immediately upon execution of this Agreement, advance the initial sum of $ (the “Advance”) to the District to reimburse the District for costs associated with preparing, entering, and implementing this Agreement and the Installments, including any costs associated with recording and enforcement of this Agreement, and placement of the Installments on the tax roll. If additional funds are necessary for such purposes, the District shall from time to time make written demand upon Participant and Participant shall immediately thereafter, within five (5) working days, deposit said monies with the District to pay for such additional expenses. If any such additional monies are not timely received, all actions taken for the implementation of this Agreement shall, at the option of the District and after providing written notice of such suspension to Participant, be suspended until such monies are received or canceled.

Advances to the District for Agreement Expenses. Participant shall, immediately upon execution of this Agreement, advance the initial sum of $ (the "Advance"), which shall include , as a catch-up payment (consisting of principal and interest) for the first two years (Tax Years’ 2018-19 and 2019-2020), and to reimburse the District for administrative and legal expenses incurred in entering and implementing this Agreement. Payment of the Advance shall be delivered to the District no later than ten (10) business days after execution of this agreement, and Participant shall finance the remaining balance of the Increase Assessment over a period of 28 years at 1% interest, pursuant to Exhibit “B” of this Agreement. If monies in addition to the Advance are necessary, the District shall as necessary and from time to time make written demand upon Participant and Participant shall immediately thereafter, within five (5) working days, deposit said monies with the District to pay for additional expenses associated with entering into or implementing this Agreement, including implementing any adjustment to the Increased Assessment as provided in section 3(e). If any such additional monies are not timely received, all actions taken for the implementation of this Agreement shall, at the option of the District and after providing written notice of such suspension to Participant, be suspended until such monies are received or canceled.

  • Disbursement Generally OEM shall reimburse eligible costs incurred in carrying out the Project, up to the Grant Fund amount provided in Section 3.   • Lodging and Meal Expenses 1. Employees in travel status in the performance of their duties shall be entitled to expenses of necessary lodging and/or meals as provided for in Section 40 of the Manual of Financial Procedures, Travel and Expense Reimbursement Policy. Nothing contained in this Article shall be deemed to alter the present State policy prohibiting reimbursement for noon meals unless the meal is part of an organized meeting or program or overnight travel.

  • Disbursements to Contractors to Pay Costs of the Project The Recipient shall require that as work on the Project and as specified in its contract is performed a Contractor shall promptly submit a detailed project specific invoice to the Project Manager. Within three (3) Business Days following receipt of such invoice from a Contractor, the Project Manager shall review the invoice and, if found to be accurate, shall so certify in writing, forwarding such certification together with a copy of the invoice to the Chief Fiscal Officer. Within five (5) Business Days following receipt of such invoice and certification from the Project Manager, the Chief Fiscal Officer shall conduct such reviews as he considers appropriate and, if he approves such invoice, shall submit to the Director a Disbursement Request together with the information and certifications required by this Section 6(b). The dollar amount set forth in the Disbursement Request shall be calculated based on the Participation Percentage as set forth originally in Appendix D of this Agreement or as may be adjusted from time to time to account for changed conditions in the project financing scheme. Within five (5) Business Days following receipt of the Disbursement Request and all required information and certifications, the Director shall, if such items are deemed by the Director to be accurate and completed, initiate a voucher in accordance with applicable State requirements for the payment of the amount set forth in the Disbursement Request.
