Advertisement of Completion. If the Contract Sum is $50,000 or less, the Owner is responsible for publishing the Advertisement of Completion of the Construction Contract. If the Contract Sum is greater than $50,000, the Contractor is responsible for preparing and publishing the Advertisement of Completion of the Construction Contract.
