ADVERTISING AND MEDIA. 7.1 The Hirer shall not publish nor make available any promotional materials or merchandise, programmes, tickets or any other documentation relating to the event without obtaining the University’s express permission as to the suitability and acceptability of such material to the University, such permission will not be unreasonably withheld. Furthermore, the Hirer shall not use name of the University nor the University logo on any publicity materials without the prior express written permission of the University.
