Stakeholder Emails. Consultant shall prepare and send up to three separate Stakeholder Emails to recipients in the stakeholder database to include the following subject areas: o PAC Meeting #1; o Project Newsletter #1; o Announce the in-person Open House and Workshop #1; and o Online Open House #1 as well as pertinent information regarding next steps. Consultant shall submit draft Task 3 Publicity materials to PMT revisions in accordance with Deliverable Table.

  • Closing Your Account Unless an agreement relating to a particular product or service says otherwise, you can close your Account at any time provided that you first settle any debit balance owing.

  • Health Care Savings Plan As provided in this Agreement, eligible ASF Members will participate in the health care savings plan (HCSP) established under Minnesota Statute 352.98, and as administered by the Plan Administrator. The Employer is responsible only for transferring funds, as specified in this agreement, to the Plan Administrator.

  • Health Plan An appropriately licensed entity that has entered into a contract with Subcontractor, either directly or indirectly, under which Subcontractor provides certain administrative services for Health Plan pursuant to the State Contract. For purposes of this Appendix, Health Plan refers to UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company.
