Common use of Advertising Services Clause in Contracts

Advertising Services. The advertising services provided by Synacor may include the integration of e-commerce, video, banner advertising, rich media, and other forms of advertising or advertising support content (videos with pre-rolls ads included), in contextually relevant programmed areas throughout the Advertising Properties (“Advertising Services”). Synacor may sell national and regional account advertising inventory directly to advertisers or through advertising networks, the Search Services Provider, or other third parties.

Advertising Services. a. The advertising services provided by Synacor may include include, without limitation, the integration of e-commerce, video, banner advertising, rich media, advertising and other forms of paid advertising or advertising support content (videos with prein-rolls stream video ads included), in contextually relevant programmed areas on My Verizon 2.1 or throughout the Advertising Properties later versions of the Client Branded Portal(s) (“Advertising Services”). Synacor and Client may sell national and regional account Client Branded Portal advertising inventory directly or through agents to advertisers or through advertising networks, the Search Services Provider, networks or other third parties.
