Advisory Administrative Appeal. 139. An eligible employee may request an advisory administrative appeal of the release with the City’s Human Resources Director or designee. Upon receipt of a timely request for appeal from an eligible employee, the Human Resources Director or designee shall convene a meeting where the released employee may express objections or concerns regarding the release. The employee may bring a Union representative to the meeting; however, the employee is not entitled to bring witnesses or have a legal or other representative at the meeting.
