Affidavit or Letter. An employee who is on sick leave for more than one (1) day’s duration shall immediately upon return to work supply the Chief with a sworn affidavit or medical doctor’s letter indicating the reason for such sick leave. The Town may ask an employee to see the Town’s doctor at the Town’s expense for any sick leave absence.
