Affiliate Representations and Warranties. You hereby represent to us that this Agreement has been executed and approved by your authorized agents, and that this Agreement is validly executed and delivered by You, and constitutes Your legal and binding obligation, and that the execution of all aspects of this Agreement are within your legal power and capacity. You further guarantee that this does not require the approval or consent of any other persons or entities, and does not violate any rules, regulations, laws, or judgments to which you are subject, and does not violate the terms of any other agreements to which you are bound.
Affiliate Representations and Warranties. Affiliate represents and warrants that it is not debarred from participating in federal health care programs, that it is accredited and licensed within Washington State to provide patient care, and that it will maintain such accreditation and licensing at all times during the term of this MAA. Accreditation and licensing for patient care must be provided by an entity granted “deeming authority” for participation in Medicare under federal regulations or by an entity certified as complying with the conditions of participation in Medicare under federal regulations.

You further represent and warrant that: (i) you will ensure that you are compliant with any trade or regulatory requirements that may apply to your participation in the Affiliate Program (for example, by clearly stating you are a GREENEUM Affiliate on any website(s) you own where you make an Affiliate Link available); (ii) you will accurately provide in the Affiliate Tool all websites and domains you own where you intend to use Affiliate Links to generate Affiliate Leads; (iii) you will not purchase ads that direct to your site(s) or through an Affiliate Link that could be considered as competing with GREENEUM’s own advertising, including, but not limited to, our branded keywords; (iv) you will not participate in cookies stuffing or pop-ups, false or misleading links are strictly prohibited; (v) you will not attempt to mask the referring URL information; (vi) you will not use your own Affiliate Link to purchase GREENEUM products/Services/Solutions for yourself.
