Afternoon Shift Premium. Every employee who works the afternoon shift shall receive a premium of five percent (5%) of the employee’s regular rate for each hour worked on this shift.
Afternoon Shift Premium. For all work performed on the p.m. shift, a premium of seventy ($0.70) cents per hour shall be paid on all hours worked.
Afternoon Shift Premium. All work in a shift that begins after 4:00 p.m. shall be paid a premium of ten percent (10%) of the regular hourly rate.

Afternoon Shift Premium. The premium for employees working the Afternoon shift, shall be thirty-five cents (35) per hour worked. The premium for employees working the Graveyard Shift shall be sixty-five cents (65) per hour worked.
Afternoon Shift Premium. Effective September 1, 1992 employees working the afternoon shift will be paid 55 cents per hour for all hours worked in addition to their regular hourly rate. The parities hereby recognize and share the concern that some men and women may face situations of violence or abuse in their personal lives that may affect their attendance or performance at work. The parties agree that when there is adequate verification from a recognized professional (i.e. doctor, lawyer, professional counselor), an employee who is in an abusive or violent personal or domestic situation will not be subjected to discipline without giving full consideration to the facts in the case of each individual and the circumstances surrounding the incident otherwise supportive of discipline. This statement of intent is subject to the standard of good faith on the part of the Employer, the Union and the affected employees and will not be utilized by the Union or the employees to subvert the application of otherwise appropriate disciplinary measures. The employer recognizes their duty under the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the Ontario Human Rights Code to accommodate the needs of disabled employees in order to facilitate an early and safe return to work.
Afternoon Shift Premium. Employees who work any hours between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. shall be paid a premium of $1.50 per hour for these hours worked. No employee currently at the top tier of a wage grid will be lowered as a result of this agreement.
