For the 2010-11 school year, Community Roots shall provide instruction to students in grades K through 4th, not to exceed 50 students. For the 2011-12 school year, Community Roots will provide instruction to students in grades K-5th, not to exceed 60 students. In years two and three, kindergartners will not exceed one third of the total classroom student population. Silver Falls School District acknowledges Community Roots right to request amendment of these enrollment numbers and potential grade configurations.
