Agent Personal Data. When Zendesk collects Personal Data of Your Agents, including in its capacity as Data Controller, Zendesk processes such Personal Data in accordance with Our Privacy Policy and Zendesk’s Controller Global Binding Corporate Rules. Our Privacy Policy explains how We collect and process this Personal Data where necessary to provide the Services and in accordance with Our legitimate interests in communicating with Agents in connection with their use of the Services. Where We rely on Our legitimate interest as described above, Your Agents or End-Users may have certain rights relating to their Personal Data. These rights and how they can be exercised are explained in Our Privacy Policy and You are responsible for bringing this to their attention.
