Personal Day definition

Personal Day means a day, when an employee is excused from active duty for personal reasons.
Personal Day shall be defined as an absence during working hours for the purpose of attending to personal and family matters. For purposes of this section, a day will be defined as 12 hours.
Personal Day the teacher has not used during a school year, up to a maximum of $100 per year. The compensation shall be paid within 30 days of the end of the school year and may be paid separately or with any regular pay due the teacher. Requests to do this shall be on a designated form, if any, delivered to the District’s business office by June 1.

  • Should the need to place employees on a Personal Day Off occur, the Company will provide thirty (30) days notice to the affected employees.

  • Each Personal Day taken shall be reduced from the member’s vested sick leave credit.

  • Requests for a single Personal Day off, or for hours within a single shift, shall be granted upon receipt of at least two (2) weeks’ notice.

Personal Day has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4.10 herein;
Personal Day. All employees shall receive one (1) personal day in each contract year. This personal day is in addition to the holidays listed above. Employees must submit such personal day request to the Employer at least five (5) business days in advance. These requests are subject to the Employer’s operational requirements for coverage.
Personal Day. Family Day In the event the Government of Canada or the Province of Ontario declares any other day(s) a legal holiday, the Company agrees to recognize such day(s) as a paid holiday. If during the life of the Agreement any such holiday is declared, the first such holiday so declared shall replace the Personal Day.
Personal Day is to be taken in time off with pay only, at a time agreed to by the member and his/her Supervisor. Such day is to be taken during the calendar year and not carried forward into the next year. Should any other day be proclaimed a public statutory holiday by the Federal, Provincial or Municipal Government, this new day shall replace the Personal Day.
Personal Day or "PD" means time off that has been allocated to salaried employees at the sole discretion of Xxxxx the Hirer and forms part of the total salary. PD’s are used by agreement between you and your manager. PD’s are included in all calculations relating to Wage Rate and hours worked, are non cumulative and are not paid on termination.

  • Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;

  • Client Personal Data means any personal data provided to us by you, or on your behalf, for the purpose of providing our services to you, pursuant to our engagement letter with you;

  • Personal Data Breach means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed;

  • Personal Information means information identifiable to any person, including, but not limited to, information that relates to a person’s name, health, finances, education, business, use or receipt of governmental services or other activities, addresses, telephone numbers, Social Security Numbers, driver license numbers, other identifying numbers, and any financial identifiers.

  • Personal Account means any account owned by, or in the name of, an OppenheimerFunds Employee or Access Person in which Securities may be held or any such account in which an Employee (including an Access or Investment Person) has a Beneficial Interest.

  • Transaction Personal Information has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 9.1;
