Aggregated Shift Allowance. 4.1. A Correctional Health Services employee working continuous shifts at the Woodford Correctional Centre will receive an annual shift allowance at the rate of 28.5% of their applicable wage or salary. Continuous shifts mean work done by an employee where the shifts are worked over 24 hours per day seven days per week and the employee actually works on such rotational basis.
