(2) agree to the provisions of the above agreement and adopt it as my/our own, and (3) agree to reimburse the US Government for any damages or loss incurred by it for which this minor would be liable were he/she over 21 years of age. I accept full responsibility for any injury or damage to my child(ren) or xxxx(s) including death, which may result from their participation in the Wisconsin-Rockets for Schools Program, and I agree to HOLD HARMLESS the Released Parties for any injury or damage sustained by my child(ren) or xxxx(s), including death, while participating in the Wisconsin-Rockets for Schools Program. I agree not to bring any action or suit against the Released Parties for any injury or damage.
