Agreement Incorporated in Individual Employment Agreements. The provisions of this Agreement are deemed incorporated in each Performer’s employment contract and may not be waived or reduced by any Performer. The Agreement reflects the complete understanding reached between the parties in connection with the subject matter addressed and supersedes any prior understanding or agreement regarding all such matters. If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.   • Employment of foreign nationals The Contractor acknowledges, agrees and undertakes that employment of foreign personnel by the Contractor and/or its Sub-contractors and their sub- contractors shall be subject to grant of requisite regulatory permits and approvals including employment/ residential visas and work permits, if any required, and the obligation to apply for and obtain the same shall always rest with the Contractor.
