Common use of Agreement Information Clause in Contracts

Agreement Information. 4.01 The Centre agrees to provide the Institute with a list of all employees in the bargaining unit which shall indicate the name, classification, current rate of pay, date of appointment, and whether full-time, part-time, casual or on leave without pay for more than one (l) month. Such information shall be updated on a monthly basis. Upon request, the Centre shall also provide the Institute with the bargaining unit's payrolls listing the number of employees paid at each pay rate in the schedule of rates. 4.02 The Institute agrees to provide each newly hired employee with a copy of the Collective Agreement and the Centre agrees to provide the local Institute Chairperson or designate with at least one-half (l/2) hour paid leave to acquaint newly hired employees, at the time of orientation, with the fact that a collective bargaining relationship exists between the Institute and the Centre. 4.03 The Institute agrees to provide existing employees with a copy of the Collective Agreement. 4.04 The Institute agrees to print the Collective Agreement and the Centre agrees to share equally the cost of the printing.
