Common use of Agreement Reproduction Clause in Contracts

Agreement Reproduction. Fifty (50) copies of this agreement titled “Professional Agreement between the Woodhaven-Brownstown School District and Woodhaven-Brownstown Education Association MEA/NEA” shall by typed at the expense of the Employer and provided to the WBEA within thirty (30) days after the agreement is signed. All teachers now employed and hereafter employed shall have access to a copy of the agreement electronically.
